Alli Totzke-Hitzeroth, DC, MPP, is a practicing chiropractor and policy consultant in Virginia, providing clinical support for musculoskeletal health and wellness across the lifespan, including chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, nutritional guidance, and rehabilitative education. Serving in key advisory roles, she champions public policies focused on expanding patient access to cost-effective, evidence-based conservative care. She serves as Vice-Chair of Policy for the American Chiropractic Association (ACA), and represents North America on the World Federation of Chiropractic’s Public Health Committee, with specialized focus on payor relations, healthcare equity, quality standards, and social determinants of health.
Her academic background includes a Doctor of Chiropractic from the National University of Health Sciences, a Master of Public Policy from Liberty University, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Mercy College of Health Sciences. She was also the first chiropractor to secure an official gubernatorial proclamation for National Chiropractic Health Month in Virginia, establishing this landmark public health initiative for the state.
